Trading
Our Key Executive
The firm's key executive, Peter Hsu, has more than 30 years of diversified working experience in venture capital/private equity investment, fund-of-funds investment, mergers & acquisitions, engineering, business start-up and operations management.
Peter was a Manufacturing Engineer with Digital Equipment Inc. before embarking on his career in venture capital, fund-of-funds and private equity investments with Singapore-based OCBC, Wearnes & Walden, Netherlands-based NIB Capital Bank and London-based NM Rothschild & Sons respectively.
Besides engineering and corporate finance, Peter also held senior management position in one of the Enterprise 50 companies in Singapore, and co-founded a e-procurement software company which he subsequently divested through trade sale.
Prior to setting up Te-cAxA Capital Advisory in 2017, Peter Hsu was a Principal Advisor with KPMG Corporate Finance, specializing in M&A.
